Description

General introduction to hands-on wildlife care.  Students will primarily assist with day-to-day clinic functions, such as, preparing animal’s diets and cage cleaning.  Students will have the opportunity to learn clinical laboratory techniques including fecals and CBCs.  In addition, students will be able to assist with special projects such as:

  • Data analysis
  • Bird banding
  • Continuing education conference on avians and exotics.
